One of the reasons that alot of people were urked at wateen was the fact that there was no way for one to change their internet/telephony package, which was crappy especially for people who were converted from post-paid to pre-paid because they were put on the highest priced telephone package. Even though they were not even using the telephony service

But thankfully you can now change your Internet/Telephony package, for now it can only be done by going to a franchise and requesting the package, according to wateen later on you will be able to change your package via their selfcare portal

Now remove the caps already will you wateen!

Edit: Just found out that to change your package there is a 750 rs charge
